Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your LE DEUX purchase. However, if you need to return an unworn item, you may request a return online within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Swimwear must include the hygienic liner and in its original packaging.
• Beauty items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items discounted by 60% or more are final sale.
• Shipping charges and fees are nonrefundable.
• LE DEUX reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not comply with this policy.
• Excessive returns within a 12-month period may result in future orders being declined.

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your package. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

We do not currently offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order at ledeux.shop.
