LE DEUX currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES
United States
- Standard Shipping: $8.95
- Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary on U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes).
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders. No promo code is required.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your shipment is sent.
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and USPS transit times. Once your order has shipped, delivery is determined by USPS and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To ensure prompt processing, orders begin moving through our fulfillment process shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once an order has been submitted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, LE DEUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ledeux.shop. We will review the shipment details and provide any available information to help you resolve the issue with USPS.
